Contactless sales process guide - COVID-19

Here at Farnham Leisure Ltd, we are seeking to develop our caravan sales experience to ensure that our customers have the opportunity to view and prospectively purchase our caravans from the comfort of their own homes.

Here is the plan that we have devised to facilitate a future sale being carried out without the need to meet a sales representative at our company premises:

1. Caravan sales and discussion. - One of our sales team can provide you with a full specification breakdown of a caravan. They can also answer any questions that you may have and provide you with pictures or a virtual tour. Email : sales@farnhamleisure.co.uk with the caravan that you are interested in and we will discuss this with you in more detail.
2. Quote - If the caravan meets your requirements, we can provide you with a quote via phone or email.
3. Deposit - If a deal is agreed, then a refundable deposit can be paid by BACS (bank) transfer.
4. Pre-Deliver Inspection & Valeting - The caravan will receive a full AWS approved PDI and a full valet. All surfaces, lockers and door handles will be sterilised. We will prepare and leave the caravan for a minimum of 72 hours prior to collection to avoid contamination if requested.
5. Handover - Full payment can be made by BACS (bank) transfer and all relevant handover paperwork can be sent to the customer by email. One of our workshop specialists will perform a live video demonstration to ensure that you are comfortable with the workings of your caravan and to answer any questions you may have prior to collection.
6. Collection - This will be from outside of our building premises. Our staff will all be wearing appropriate personal protection equipment (PPE), but we can also allow for you to hitch your caravan on yourself and avoid any personal contact with our staff.
